As mentioned in class, it's very important that you complete the exit survey for this class. Here is a writeup of a correctness proof for Prim's algorithm. I wrote this up for a previous class (about 10 years ago!), so it's worded slightly differently that the proof we discussed in class, but the structure is basically the same.
